Trying to park, there was a car blocking the street and my husband said, "That freagin' guy was blocking my way." Then, we drive ahead to a parking lot where there is an attendant. Aidan yells from the back seat, "Is that the freagin' guy?"

Aidan woke up and wanted something to eat. He started listing all the the things you find in the refrigerator. One of the things he said was turkey. I said, "We don't have any turkey." Then he said, "Turkey is in the woods." (Referring to wild turkeys we often see near a park) I said, "Yes, they are." Then, he paused for a minute and said, "There are 2 turkeys. One has a face, the other is in a grocery store."

A thunderstorm was getting closer. I ran to get the mail. Aidan followed. I saw lightning and said, "Hurry up! Get inside!" Aidan said very calmly, "No afraid. Just blinking. The sky's just blinking."
