Chili
Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 20 minutes
1 tsp Extra Light Olive Oil
1 packet (1.25oz) McCormick Mild Chili Seasoning Mix
1 ½ lb 90% lean ground beef
1 red pepper
½ large yellow onion
1 can (15 oz) ShopRite&trade Light Red Kidney Beans
3 cloves garlic
1 can (7oz) Green Giant® Mexicorn
1 can (14 ½ oz) Hunts® Petite Diced Tomatoes
- Chop veggies. Coat frying pan with oil. Add ground beef.
- When ground beef is browned, add tomatoes (drain some of the liquid in the canned tomatoes).
- Add tomato sauce.
- Add seasoning packet. Add kidney beans and corn.
