Pumpkin Pie
Prep: 20 minutes Cook: 1 hour 10 minutes
8oz Plain Silk® Soy Milk
15oz can Libby's® 100% Pure Pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
2 large eggs
1 Keebler® Ready Crust (9oz)
- Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, eggs. Mix well.
- Add pumpkin and then add the soy milk. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into crust.
- Lightly cover with aluminum foil to prevent crust from burning.
- Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 350° for an additional hour. Check on pie every 20 minutes to prevent burning.
- Use a fork to test if the middle of the pie is done.
