Salsa Fresca

5 plum tomatoes
1 small red onion
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp cilantro
1/2 small lime

  • Chop tomatoes and onion. Add olive oil. Add salt, pepper, cilantro, and lime juice.
  • Mix up. Serve with tortilla chips.
